Imperial Tea Exports believes in small acts of generosity that can positively impact the community. Given the current crisis situation in the country, many people suffering even without having own capacity to provide basic needs themselves. In addressing this our CSR team took the initiative to give back to the community on the blessed “Poson poya” day by organizing a “bath dansala” to provide free lunch for those who are in need. Thousands of people lined up to obtain a free meal.

This event was organized in compliance to the guidelines laid down by the area Public Health Authority and the Police. The generous assistance of our staff contributed a lot to make this event a success.
