The 19th Annual General Meeting of the TEA was held on Friday, 31st August 2018 at the Oak Room, Cinnamon Grand from 7.00 pm onwards. Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe, Prime Minister was the Chief Guest of the event. It was a proud moment for the IMPRA team to see our Managing Director, Mr. Jayantha Karunaratne who is the Chairman of the Tea Exporter’s Association of Sri Lanka address the gathering with facts on the current situation of the Sri Lankan tea industry and the way forward. He went on to talk about the theme of the day which was ‘Out of the box thinking’. Here are a few captures from the event.
